List Marketing: A few products or many different ones.

I have a list of e-mails set up for my subscribers, some contain 3 months worth of e-mails.

In each e-mail I provide something of value and then promote a relevant product with it. Which means that I almost promote a different product each week. Only a few get regular promotion (the ones I really like and think will benefit people the most).

What do you guys do?

I can see how on one hand people will appreciate the novelty on the other hand there is the idea that people won't buy something until they've seen it 6 or 7 times.

What do you think?

I set up AR series with pure info and only the occasional pitch. Then I use broadcasts to send out either a pure pitch or a combination of great content with a relevant pitch for either my own product, coaching, or a good affiliate product. As with all things, test test test.

I think your ideas are sound, though. I'm a big fan of the combination email (good informational content + a related pitch). I tend to get more conversions from those vs. straight pitches. I think people are more sophisticated these days and just ignore most pure pitches unless it's really something amazing.
