Help Me Understand VRE???

I really don't get it...

Why would you trust your business in the hands of a third party. Its like opening up a shop and allowing a stranger to handle all of the money.

I can understand using these to test markets or link to YOUR OWN site but as for using it as the center of activity I really don't understand??? Are times that tough that people cant afford the $10 for a domain and hosting. Or maybe its for people who don't know how to build websites?

To me unless your'e using it to push some juice VRE is just a waste of time.

    You are correct sir...

    Don't put your work in the hands of others... what happens if these services shut down??? bye bye hard work...

    Always put your main efforts into building up content for YOUR OWN SITES...

    These third party services are just a way to build backlinks, pr, and traffic to YOUR SITES...

    I feel like a skipping record, I have gone over this so many times with people here...

    These are good ways to get backlinks and more traffic to your main website.

    As for not having a main website and that being the center of it...maybe it's just a hobby or maybe some people really can't afford $10 a month hosting, I don't know.

    They are for traffic - but you have it right on some other accounts, too. Some people are not technically educated and it is a means to be online - some just have an affiliate product to push and use these means to market quickly and inexpensively.

    I would not suggest using any as sites on which to actually build a real business though and agree with Jared.
