What is your best way to track banner & text link ads?

I need to know about online services, software, landing page suggestions etc. My sites contain CJ & Google text & banner ads as well as my own text link & banner ads. I need the advice for tracking my own ads which land on other sites of mine. Any educational advice/links would also be helpful.

i use ClickAudit - Free Ad Tracker, Free Link Tracker

set up a tracking link - enter the target url at clickaudit, and put the tracking link on your site. simple as that.

I 2nd him ive heard click audit is very good. Ill do some research and see if I can come up with others. Hope this helps

You know what datetiger I found another its directtrack.com and it has a sign up fee and a monthly hosting fee that is unspecified till you call.

Thanks guys, I started using clickaudit - it is nice & simple, I like it. But I'm wondering if ther is any more powerful programs out there? Has anyone used openx.org? I signed up and I'm waiting for confirmation email which could take "up to 48 hours"?! It looks like a good program... I'll let you know.

As for directtrack.com, if I have to ask how much it costs... I probably can't afford it

Assume you mean tracking, for conversions into sales.

Use G Analytics, and set up a unique campaign for each.
If your ecommerce tab is enabled, it will pick up each sale
and record in the campaign feature.

I am looking for both a tracking solution and an ad server. The tracking software must be able to track multiple sales / leads from the "same" user multiple times per day (ie. it can track duplicate sales from the IP address).

Any suggestions?
