How much would you pay for your own site like this to be built

Hello. I am looking to make a little extra money for a project and I have really liked building review style sites using the wordpress review theme. here is a sample site:

Best Air Compressors | Air Compressor Reviews

I was wondering if/how much anyone would be willing to pay for a site like this to be built. I would set up the basis of the site including the posts set up but I wouldn't write the content as I believe there are others out there who can do a better job of it than me.

You would get all the web design stuff done as well as the wordpress review theme (premium paid theme) and I would also install the seopressor plugin (a paid plugin) as well to help optimize your posts the easy way so that all the on page seo work is done.

Basically all you would need to do when I finished is to copy and paste your content in and hit the publish button.

I look forward to hearing from you guys. Thanks.

Chris

Ok, thanks. I was thinking somewhere around there if I was to offer it as a service.

I was going to say somewhere around there. Probably a little bit lower.

The air compressor site looks great! It has a lot of good features. I might be looking for a service such as you're offering sometime in the future. Could you PM me your email or some way that I could contact you. Thanks! Ruth M

If I understand what you are proposing, you would set up a site using a premium paid theme and then the new owner would need to provide and input the content. There are some big holes to arrive at a cost/value, however.

How much beyond your cost do the theme and plugin cost? If you are providing them, do you have resale rights to them?

Given the way most themes and plugins work, there isn't a huge amount of work needed to implement them, unless you are providing the header graphic tailored to your customer's niche... Is this part of what you are providing, or is it considered "content"?

I know not everyone is good at setting up even a wordpress site, but I'm not sure what service you are actually providing, so don't have much to base an estimate of value on.

Wow... you really undervalue your time. I won't touch a project unless I was getting $300 minimum.

Hello guys. thanks for the feedback. Yes you would get the header graphics, the banners that rotate along the top and any other graphics as well. You get everything except the actual written content. As for the theme and plugin with resale rights, I am not sure as of yet but will check it out. I was thinking maybe $47 for this. Thanks
