Help me, I've done all I could but Adwords almost banned me...

Hi Warriors,
After a while, I finally started to promote my squeeze pages with Adwords. I've done all I read about... The squeeze page is linked with a blog (on the same domain), there are a few articles in the blog and I've done the required pages (contact, about and privacy), but Adwords didn't accept my ads. (and some of them are also directed to the blog, not the squeeze page).

The squeeze page contains an header, subheader, e logo that tells there is a free report for you, two optin box, a story and images.

I'm focusing principally on Product Name Keywords, so my campaigns are a lot targetizing and overall I don't want to waste time with SEO promotion. I want traffic right away, especially to build a list.

So, here's the deal, what can I do to get accepted my ads with Adwords? Or... Is there another way to build a list fast?

Thank you very much, I really need your help. Talk soon.

Of course many brand names can not be used in the ad copy, and I believe some trademarks can't be bid on as keywords either, perhaps your problem is in that area.

Some do their initial testing with Adwords because it does provide better than average quality traffic, but switch to other sources once their landing page has been proven effective. All is not lost if your relationship with Google doesn't work out.

I think the problem is not in the product, there are others Adwords Ads promoting that product. Can you give me an hint on how to get traffic to build a list?
Also, I've just bought Aweber and put up a follow ups. I don't want it to be all a waste of time. I've done all in the right way.

    Please, help me. Thank you.

just for helping with my little bit experience on this.

Do you have promoting another site/product (not related to this main subjet) and you have no problem your ads appeared?

No, I've never launch a campaign with this account. I've three adwords account and in one I think I've been banned (because I receive the suspended notification) but in the other two I don't receive anything so I think the problem is not in the banned account.
Sincerely, I don't know neither how can I be banned because I've used Adwords a very few times. I've sent them an email but I've not received an answer yet.

Maybe the problem is in the free report I'm offering with the subscription?

Thank you very much, and I'm always looking for a fast traffic alternatives :-)

in my opinion, better you check what type of product you are promoting. in this case, maybe you need to check back your landing/squeeze page whether:

    1. break any google rules.
    2. your product relate to 'google brand name'. for example "make easy money with google cash money".

    Just my small opinion..

No, I think it's not the product. It's not a Google Brand Name or a IM product.

Without seeing the keywords and webpage, it's very hard to generalise about being banned.

I do know that you have to be very careful with trademark names and as far as I'm aware companies can protect their trademarks through google themselves

the following is from the google website -
Using competitor names as keywords - AdWords Help

    1) using trade marks in ADWords Campaigns : See Ref 1.
You can not use keywords based on anyone else's trademarks or protected brand name ( Including your competitor). They can take objection ( or even legal action) to protect it ( and it is fair policy) since they are protected by trademark, copyright law.
The law processing/policy will depend on your country and trademark owner country.

    2) Using trademark on your site is upto you. Normally you can not use someone else's trademark or copyright brand name, without their permission to do so.

    Tread very carefully

Yes, It's a CB product and I think that my squeeze page have a good navigation. No, it's not a wealth product. It's a music product.

Also, I would add that the ads were rejected after a very few seconds. Is it strange?

buddy people can only help you if you can share what you have, any thing else you may as well write questions on helium balloons and let them go outside as you never going to get an answer throwing things out into thin air, we simply can not advise past this point other than to suggest you go back to google and ask them.

This is an excerpt from a post -
I was afraid that my new, highly effective squeeze pages had gotten me caught in that trap, so I quickly contacted AdWords to find out what was going on.
To my relief, I received a prompt and courteous reply from a very helpful AdWords rep. It was not the “your are banned for life” email that many people were receiving – whew! Instead, he explained in detail that my landing pages no longer fit into AdWords guidelines, which they are now enforcing very strictly.

Ok guys, you're right. Here's the pages I'm using with AdWords:

www[dot]jamoramaexposed[dot]net/freereport/jamorama[dot]php is one of the squeeze pages.

And the blog obviously is on www[dot]jamoramaexposed[dot]net

Is there something wrong with them?

      Thank you very much!

I took a look at your site and the first thing that went to my mind is... spam. But Wait.

Obviously you are not a spammer and your intention is not to spam people I'm 100% positive about it but on your front page Jamorama is mentioned 26 time NOT including the graphic.

I got the feeling that you were trying to rank for organic traffic using a sniper site and that's ok but maybe that's too much for a google reviewer...

adapt your blog so it can be more pleasant for the eyes

    My 2 cents

Hope this help you out a little

Hey ReachOneMedia thank you, really! So, I must reduce the "Jamorama" words, ok, of course it can be the problem. But I've another question now... The approach that I'm using with Adwords (the squeeze page style) is it ok for Google? I'm afraid I'm all wrong.

Thank you very much, talk soon.

Create a video ad with animoto and have your optin box to the right of it. Put up the necessary privacy policy, contact us links at the bottom etc and you'll be fine. Use the display network on adwords to do it. You don't want a load of writing. I use socrates theme to create my sqeeze pages and I recommend you use either that or optimizepress - not just for squeeze pages but as tools for your IM adventures in general.

I would add a affiliate info box also... that clearly indicate that you are an affiliate for that product and not the actual owner (ass protecting stuff)

and for god sake...put a shirt on!

Ok warriors, so is it still valid this approach of affiliate marketing with Google Adwords? (Squeeze Page with Optin Box + Blog + Required Pages).
I'm saying this because I've read a lot of posts that tells that affiliate marketing with the actual rules of adwords is much difficult.

while another person secretly making millions with it...

study what other advertisers (people who are using adwords right now) are doing...copy what they are doing!

              simple!

FYI I just made a search on google for "learn to play guitar" (without quote) And I just randomly check one ad : 10 Free Lessons by Marty Schwartz

Since this website is clearly a landing page I don't know why your page wouldn't be approved also...
