Where can I find good links for improving my PR rank ( do follow without a dynamic link )

Most people submit there sites/blogs/articles at do-follow social bookmark sites.
But the links they use are dynamically produced by java script which makes them clickable to target page but the link is NOT recognized by search engine bots (thanks Clagg).

So where can I find a social bookmarks sites or maybe another site which really helps my site to get a "trusted vote "from Google

    I know onlywire but it still submit your links to SB with dynamic url ( javascript) so your PR rank won't go up.

    So my question is still unanswered ...

    The best you can do is a combination of linksubmissions to forums/blogs/social bookmark sites/social media profiles/articlesites and linkdirectories. Make sure you look for 'dofollow' forums and blogs, try the following dofollow searchengines for that:
    * inlineseo.com/dofollowdiver
    * dofollowforums.com

    As for social bookmarks, I've had the following sites showing up as direct links in Yahoo! site explorer (I use site explorer to chack on my backlinks):

    * Jumptags.com
    * Mixx.com
    * Url.org
    * Oyax.com
