What would you want in your ideal Autoresponder / mailing list
Thanks to Amazon SES's email service we are going to move from our current mailing list provider to a new (custom built) one using Amazon.
As there is little reason in creating a tool and not making it available to others we are designing it from the ground up to support external clients (as a serviced white label system, there are far too many odds and ends for this to be an installable product).
So what should our all singing, all dancing email system offer that current ones don't. and what is the minimum you need before you would use it.
