OK Off the top of my head for immediacy there is...here
Digital point perhaps?
Fiverr.com for real rock bottom cash but you might be able to drum up a couple of real loss leaders depending upon circumstances. I've taken on a few freelancers on Fiverr.com and turned them into more regular suppliers and happily paid more as the work improves. Pay peanuts and you get monkeys and all that.

Also there is Rent a Coder.com and elance.com.

Is that enough to get you started?

Well, I'm not sure what your selection criteria for "real warriors" are, but I'll take a swing at it anyway.

Using this very forum, you can do several things.

1. Post an ad in the Warriors for Hire section here:
Warriors For Hire

2. Post an ad in the Classified Ads section here:
Warrior Forum Classified Ads

3. Make an insane offer in the WSO section here:
Warrior Special Offers Forum

4. Add a signature to your profile advertising your services.

If you want to launch quickly, make your offer something people would be STUPID to pass up.

You mention writing, so do a really good deal for writing articles, a PLR book, whatever you're most comfortable with.

well you can provide a portfolio so that others can refer there. Since its a good idea if you have a strong and updated portfolio.

Constant Content’s guidelines are complicated. It’s not a simple matter to be approved there. CC keeps rejecting articles if they are not excellent. The payment is very good - through Paypal in 15 days if you prefer. You can sell an article for $20 - $50 giving full rights.

If you need help with their guidelines send me a message. I’ll show you what to do so that your articles will always be accepted.

If you do that, you will surely fail. Simple as that. You'll keep getting low paid jobs and when you raise prices those freebie seeking clients will disappear anyway.

I suggest should proof read any posts where you claim to be a great writer and the proceed to make grammatical errors in run on sentences.

for starter, in fact, I think you might already be getting
PMs from other members for work upon seeing this thread.

Then there's Fiverr.com for providing a low price job.
