Clickbank Elite

Is there a program like Clickbank Elite that will work with Vista? I'm looking to cloak my affiliate links and so far the only thing I can come up with is TinyURL since my understanding is that Clickbank Elite will NOT work on Vista.

Both. The website says it only works up to XP and doesn't list vista and I also read a few posts by people who were disappointed it wouldn't work on Vista.
