Wordpress How to get Post Title to show in Url

Hi Is there a setting for this? does it depend on the
theme being used?

When I post and click on the post the post title does not display in the url of the individual post. Thanks much for any input

    Change you permalink settings.

    Login to your admin panel.
    Go to SETTINGS, PERMALINKS

    Select CUSTOM STRUCTURE and use one of these:

    1) /%category%/%postname%/

    OR

    2) /%postname%/

      Simply type the title of this thread into youtube.com and there are many Videos that will walk you by the hand. Best thing about video is - you can pause it while you complete each step
