Live Chat Operators
I am looking for an outsourced provider of live chat sales people. It's for a website that sells an online service.
The website gets about 100 visitors per day (not really a high volume site), but I would like some coverage. Looking for shared operators, not a dedicated person to sit around all day just to answer the 5-10 three to five minute inquires we get, so I would like to buy on a per chat minute basis since its less than 60 per day.
Our software is zopim.
