My website title doesn't show up!

Hey there, friends!

I started a new website and I have a problem: using the flexsqueze theme, my website title doesn't show up. When I switch to the default wp theme, everything is fine.

I am using All In One SEO for the title, description and tags.

The meta description wasn't showing on Google either, but now I see it is finally ok. The title isn't, though.

Any idea?

Thanks!

do you have a link to your site?
My guess is that it just might be the way the theme displays stuff. Many themes don't display things like descriptions and titles.

I do have a link but I am not allowed to display it because I don't have 15 posts on this forum yet )

    It is my name .net

it looks like you really don't need a title because you have that header. Where did you want your title to be displayed? under the video but above the blog?

      Just for your info....incorrect!

A title tag is important for seo.

      George
You don't have a title tag. Just in case you don't know your page isn't index-able either.

Unfortunately I have never used flex squeeze, but the theme would be the first place to look for problem with that.

Disable seo all in one ...see what happens

No, I mean the title that is going to show up in the search engines, not the one from my website's header. That is the title that really matters and it is absolutely blank at the moment, even though I filled it out using All In One SEO.

It should show up, it is probably some css thing I don't know about.

I know title tag is important, that's why I am desperately seeking for help

At the moment, Google displays "George Tiganus" as the title of my website, which doesn't help me very much since I am not a movie star lol.

I'll keep searching for a solution, there must be one, right?

      George,

I was talking to theory5 reread my post.

It's hard to diagnose a problem on here,

because like php there are many variables:p

The more I think about it
Somehow I don't see a popular theme like flexsqueeze not show a titletag
I have seen a few that don't automatically.

Disable all plugins one by one,, first place to start.

I'm sure a few people on this forum use it,
      someone will post soon probably

Thanks, I can send PM's yet so I haven't been able to reply. I'll try again to find a way to fix this. Usually I manage to solve these problems by searching on Google for similar topics on the matter, but this time I haven't found anything useful yet.

Thanks for the replies anyway, guys.

I know that, the title is there, it just doesn't show up on the search engines. I'm thinking about reinstalling flexsqueeze but that would be a pain cause I already worked to customize it.
