The easiest way is either to post it
on Flippa or post it in Websites for Sale
section of the forum.

What level of traffic/revenue does it have? There's a number of options but it really depends on how established it is.

As a rough guide:

No traffic/revenue - DP, other free webmaster forums
$50-10,000 a month - Flippa
$10k+ a month - Broker

John go to flippa and try to find some sites similar to yours... if they're selling for $50 or more then sell it there because sites usually sell for more there (they charge like $20 per listing plus 5% success fee)

What is the niche? monthly sales? traffic? ad costs? expenses? do you have screenshots? business model/monitization method? these are all things you need to know beforehand before selling. just a head up
