How to Generate Related Topic/Post?

I want to make a site over 5000+ pages on various topic with slight rewritten PLR articles for adsense earnings. Later I will allow people to input articles, edit articles, information like wikipedia. The site name is www.knowreally. com

Now I need to know:

1. How I can generate "related topic" below each article?

2. I need a fixed template set with fixed adsense code. People will able to post their article using a form. Then it will automatically create a page and it's link will be the title words. For instanse, if a person submit "Best Internet Marketing" article then the link will be like http://www.knowreally.com/5889/Best_...Marketing.html . The adsense will display automatically each page. If I need to add more category, I'll able to add more menu later with few minutes effort. How can I do that? Or where can I hire someone? Do you know someone who is an expert to do these?

      Hi Jared
      Thanks again. Yes, I am actually looking such thing where people will create content, they will entertain and I have to do nothing about content except seasonal site management. I am also interested to apply facebook like viral inviting system. I have already found script for it - Viral Inviter.

          Re-write each article as your own unless you want to compete with all the other duplicate articles out there...
