Easy Money Maker For Newbies

Hey There Warriors,

I thought I would take a moment and share a quick and easy method of earning some cash. Some of you may already know of this method, this thread is not for you. If you are struggling to earn your first few bucks... Listen up.


Step 1 Head over to tshirthell and sign up as an affiliate. They design RUDE shirts for all occasions. Your commission is 5 bucks a shirt.

Step 2 Grab your affiliate link and get it shortened at bitly

Step 3 Grab some t shirt images from tshirthell

Step 4 Create a simple flier with the images and your affiliate link and give it a BIG FUNKY HEADLINE. The one I was using said "Express Yourself... You Sick SOB!"

Step 5 Print the flyers and place them everywhere you can at your local college, including college hang-outs. In my area there are 5 schools and a huge amount of college bars.

Step 6 Get Paid!!

A few things to mention here. I only explained the "offline" version here. With just a bit of imagination I'm sure you can see the Massive online potential for marketing to college aged people. Think Twitter, Facebook, YouTube etc.

While these shirts are rude and tastless and certainly not my choice for fashion, they do allow young people to do what they love to do most.....express to others how they feel.. SHOCKINGLY.

    From my personal experience and from some marketing lessons I took flyers have a return of 1 to 1000 if not even less.
    I don't consider it a very successful traffic generation method but if nothing else at hand better than nothing.
    Always better doing something rather then not doing at all

      That completely depends on how targeted your message is to your audience. I didnt have to SELL these shirts, they sell themselves to college students.

      Keep in mind, you can market these anywhere! How about putting up some youtube video's? How about marketing them on Facebook?

    Pretty interesting way to approach it, though if you hired college kids at 8 an hour to do it you could hit several schools at once.

        This is about thinking out of the box, and you're absolutely right! College students would be the ideal target market for these t-shirts, and so would high schools! I must say that the $5 commission is pretty attractive, and in terms of percentage (around 25%) it is pretty high for a physical product - I bet it must really help in getting a lot of affiliates to promote for them!

    Yes I think this idea is not for US citizens. But you can have your link advertised by using US fiverr services. It doesn't cost much per gig but the question is, will the returns be good?

    I have my doubts that this would be very effective. Tee-shirts just don't seem like a very high-demand item that would sell well from a flyer.
