This is a World Wide Rave at its best folks. First, here is the video:

After you watch it, it will be self evident why it has so many views already. The video is awesome. I must have watched it at least 20 times, and I still can't get enough of it.

These guys have got all the elements nailed.

1) They came up with a really good song, a remake of "Smooth Criminal".
2) They played their instruments REALLY well.
3) But most importantly, their passion shown through like a raging fire.

What has this got to do with IM? Think about it. What if every article you wrote was as good as this video you just watched? I'll tell you what would happen. You'd be a freaking millionaire.

You just can't fake something like this.

I'm sure you must be thinking "well it's easy for them. They're making a music video. There's NO WAY I can make something like that for my niche."

Wrong. Dead wrong.

It takes just 2 ounces of creativity to adapt something this good for your niche.

But how do you do it?

Tell you what. Get this book: Amazon.com: World Wide Rave: Creating Triggers...Amazon.com: World Wide Rave: Creating Triggers...
If you want a preview of the book, check this out: http://www.davidmeermanscott.com/doc..._Marketing.pdf

In a nutshell, The World Wide Rave is a series of case studies and interviews of ordinary people from every niche imaginable, and how they used the Internet to create what is called a World Wide Rave.

In short, you'll get a blueprint for creating awesome content that goes viral, no matter what your niche is.

But I can tell you this much.

If you want to create awesome content, mean it. Let your passion for your niche burn through the words you write. Listen to epic music that you love while you write. Write as though you have been charged with writing the greatest blog post in the world. Do it every time you create content.

Not all of your content will be super successful. But that doesn't matter. It's about living your passion. That's why we're all here, so we can live the dream. At lets face it, it only takes 1 piece of content to become a world wide rave, and you're golden.

Don't settle for churning out rehashed article on some "money making" niche like weight loss. That's beneath you. You deserve better than that. Write out content in your niche, in a manner that bespeaks your deep passion for your niche.

I use the word passion a lot. That's because like a fire, passion is very catching. It can jump from one person to the next faster than you can blink.

Watch videos like the one I just showed you for inspiration. Listen to it once, get into "the zone". Then listen to it again, and this time, write. You won't even realize you're writing until you're done, and you will be amazed by the content you produce.

This can be applied in any aspect of your business, whether it's writing your next ebook, sales letter, or joint venture proposal.

Don't let yourself be limited by what society knows. Let your creativity and burning passion carve out your words. That's how you get a unique voice that stands out from the crowd.

I won't lie to you. There is no short cut, magic bullet, or easy way to do this. It takes hard work, sweat, tears, time, and dedication. But if you're passionate, it is worth it. Every second of it. The suffering you endure to create your masterpiece makes it that much more valuable to you and everyone else.

So don't be afraid to make sacrifices. Don't be afraid of taking massive action, making change, and being different. Be bold. Be a Warrior. Carve out your place in this world, and make your own fortune, because in this game, there are no hand outs.

Have fun.

Joshua

Well said, Joshua. Since you sent me this video, I've watched it a few times already and shared it with my wife. It's fantastic, and it also shows that putting extra effort into something will make it soar. They are fantastic musicians, but they also had a great cameraman shoot that - look at the great cuts and closeups that add to the video. Everything you can do to add polish and make your product better will pump up its popularity.

Thanks for pointing that out Keivn. The camera work was also important. And you're right. Little improvements can make a big difference in the success of your content.

Awesome video - thanks for embedding it.

Watched it a couple of times already....wonder how much this cost to film, it looks pretty professional (the lighting...the camerawork...the set etc etc).

I couldn't agree more, Joshua. Your passion and enthusiasm has to get through, especially in the information products or marketing material that you create; it is infectious and will definitely set you apart from all the other "me-too" marketers turning out derivative and rehashed material.

It is crucial for success in any endeavor, and your passion will be self-evident in any medium, though I think it'd be most obvious and tangible through video (which is a good thing now that posting videos on the internet or your website has become a relatively simple task that just about anyone can do).

I agree with you. Thanks to broadband, video is becoming more and more commonplace.

It's true a picture is worth a 1,000 words...and a video has thousands of pictures in it. Something to consider when creating content.

    Awesome share Joshua!

    This is one talented bunch.

Have to agree with Kevin that the cameraman did a really awesome job on this.

I'd love to know how much they spent making this...I'll bet it was a pretty good chunk of cash...but look at what an asset they have now.

    Thanks again for sharing,
