RSS | Wordpress Question

Hello warriors just a quicky all! On lots of wordpress blogs I visit I notice on a few of them at the top of the post a section that reads "If your new here you may wish to follow our RSS feed" or something similar sounding!

now on my blog in the sidebar I have a small rss button that always has either 2 or 3 on it! I think that having that think on my blog would increase my rss following!

Is there a plugin out there or some custom code i need to put into my post.php to get this up on my blog!

      Many Thanks Istavan, actually you could help me a little further, I have just been messing about with my post.php page with some custom code and now I have my sidebar underneath all the comments, I took off the custom code but its still there! not to sure whats happening there buddy!
