Exciting New Opportunity
Yesterday I signed a contract with a world-renowned authority, definitely a Subject Matter Expert (SME) to take his product from paper manual, CDs & DVDs to a fully digital product with PDFs, MP3s & MPEGs. I have an exclusive distributorship on the virtual product.
So now I need to put together a team to help me market this product. Not so much the technical end of things; I've already converted the CDs & DVDs, and the manual will take a while longer. I take care of websites, and use the FlexSqueeze theme in WordPress to do sales letters, squeeze pages, etc.
I need a team that will really push this thing over the top! This guy has sold over 8 million of his books and courses, and we want to do comparable or better numbers with the virtual product. That's why I need to think outside the box, constantly, and that's why I need to work with some of you geniuses that hang out around here.
I went through the Nitro Blueprint plan a few years ago; I did the SiteBuildIt! Plan a few years before that, and first joined the Warrior's Forum when nobody knew who Allen Says was. I joined ClickBank when it was a fledgling enterprise, but for all that I've never been wildly successful with internet marketing.
I'll tell you right now, the reason why is because I'm a techie guy, not a marketing guy. Well, I got ahold of something hot now, and I really want go gangbusters on this one! I want to start a dialog with all of you people; help me to find out more about where to look for answers on this site, or other sites; what questions should I be asking, and finding answers to. And I want to build some relationships that can prove financially beneficial for all parties involved.
So, let me know what you think! I may seem like a klutzy kind of guy to you; just remember, I'm technically proficient and marketingly STUPID. Things that might seem like common sense to you folks might never even occur to me. I need to build a successful marketing plan and make lots of money for this guy ( and me! And some of you folks, too!) Thanks.
