Zip file problem with Vista? This sorts it out

If it's the problem I had with the file starting and failing to open
about twice a second.

Save or drag zip to documents.
Right click to "open with"
select "browse" and "always use selected program to open file"
select iexplore.exe
If it isn't listed, double click to open Internet Explorer and then
select iexplore.exe out of the 3 files with similar names.

Did this awhile ago and have opened them without the slightest
problem since.

Edit: It stopped working and I now have the same problem again
so though i'd update this in case anyone searches for the info.
