Quick Question - EZA Articles Ask You To Put In 5 Keywords - Why?

If I wrote an article about weight loss and I'm using the longtail keyword:

how to lose weight fast

The box says enter up to 5 keywords for optimum performance or something like that...

________, _________, _______, _________, ________

Just curious, when someone is searching for your keyword, what's the difference between:

how to lose weight fast, how to lose weight, weight fast, weight, fast
___________________ _______________ ___________ ______ ____

Compared to just typing in a single keyword phrase...

how to lose weight fast

Does anyone know the purpose of adding more keywords, and what does this do?

I have found it does absolutely nothing, but it is required, although you only have to include one

They feel those tags add to the SEO of their own site, since they are the most well known article directory now- there must be something to their theory.

It does make a difference in MSN, it's best to enter the entire phrase as well as each word seperately. If you start using two word combinations it may appear as spam...although I am not speaking from factual evidence.

I always enter the entire phrase and each individual word separately. You can also enter some LSI keywords if you want to. Again...haven't studied that either.

They are also used in EZA's internal site searching as well...you can do a search by keyword.

Every day I check the obituaries. If I don't see my name there, then I know it's going to be a good day!

Interesting... so no one is certain that it actually does something in in the SE's besides MSN.

This is because I usually just put in one target keyword phrase per article but I'm not sure if adding more will increase search engine ranking or anything like that.

Alright, thanks for your inputs guys.

I'm a starter, but I am willing to try everything I can to be a successful internet marketer and chase my dreams. If you can answer any of my questions, I would greatly appreciate it. Thank you.
