WSO Pro Help Please

Hi warriors

Hopefully someone can help me out here. My WSO has not long gone live and I have noticed that no-one is getting the file delivered to them after payment. I have uploaded a file for them to get sent and have also linked to anAwweber account for them to be added to an update list but they are not getting subscribed to that either.

I tried to do a test purchase earlier but the Paypal verification didn't work and i wasn't sent the download.

Any one know what could be going wrong.

    I'm no technical genius, but it may be that your PayPal IPN isn't set up correctly.

    You might want to check into that.

      Jason, he is using WSO Pro so there isn't anything he can do himself to fix the issues.

      Neil, what you need to do is contact Mike and let him know your having problems. He will get you taken care of.

        Yeah I was just PMing back and forth with Neil.

        Looks like he's gotten it all sorted out.

        Not sure what the problem was...

        I've had that problem with WSO Pro and it was an IPN problem on my end.
