Email Marketing Service That Allows File Attachments?

I'm looking for an email marketing service that will allow me to attach up to 1MB files to my outgoing emails. I think GetResponse does it, but they want my subscribers to confirm their subscriptions again if I import them to GetResponse.

So, I'm looking for a service that allows attachments and doesn't require confirmation of imported subscribers...anyone know a service like that?

    A word of caution.

    ISP's can choose the maximum size of attachment that they will allow, no matter the software or service you use to send it. For example, AutoResponse Plus can add multiple attachments of this size but there is no guarantee that the recipient's ISP will allow them through.

    A better option may be just to include a link so that subscribers can download your file.
