"inurl: website hack" anyone know about this?

when i check my analytics i see some inurl tellafriend scripts being picked up under google keyword results. this looks like someone hacked my site. does anyone know how to fix it?

    How come someone hacked your site with "inurl:"? It could be nothing. I sometimes use inurl:blogspot.com or inurl:wordpress.com and usually the result shows blogspot and wordpress blogs with high PR, so it can give me idea about high PR blogs and how they can achieve it.
