The only keyword I use out of that list is "review".

However, I am curious as to why you think "free" is best for list building?

  Because it has the widest audience. Even if someone is looking to buy a product, if they see the word free they may check it out as well.
  
  I like request an email from someone in exchange for something free, like an ebook or autoresponder series on a topic.
  
  Then I can use that to build trust and turn them into buyers.

Good list. I've used secret, review, best, easy and free. Here's number 11, best used in the make money/home business arena: "scam"

I don't tend to use any of these.

I just tell people things in normal English and they seem to respond without the need for psychological trigger words.

I think it depends massively on who you're communicating with and what your relationship with them is.

I only communicate with people on my lists and they know I don't BS them so I don't need to do anything special to get them to listen.

These are some good ones. Just adding Free into a long tail keyword sentence can create so much more traffic, however you must make sure that it's relevant.
