Monetize multiple domain names?

My client has over 100 domain names registered and wants to know how to monetize them so he can earn at least $50/month from each domain.

I thought of building him niche websites using Adsense and Affiliate programs but it would take a long time to create enough content before generating a profit. Even if he spent $1000 to develop each site he would only make $600/year at $50/month. Perhaps the site would be profitable after 2 years.

What are your recommendations?

    It is time consuming writing for niche markets but it is likely that you can buy PLR articles.

    It will take a lot less time to tweak them and make them your own, especially if the original author has doneagood job with research etc.

    Don't buy really, really cheap articles with low word counts and you should be able to publish a nice adsense site and generate some revenue.

      it is likely that you can buy PLR articles.
      I thought about that ..problem is having duplicate content so search engines wouldn't rank the site unless you rewrote the PLR content which would require the same investment as writing it yourself or hiring a ghostwriter.
