Incentive site marketing

Hello,
I've launched my incentive website(DollarForest.com | Paid to Signup | Complete Offers | Work at Home) in November 2010 and I've been promoting it through money making forums, I've created a thread and I'm like bumping it now and then.
I need USA/AUS/UK/CA traffic, because most of the offers are for them.
It doesn't really work and I need much more traffic, but I don't have a budget for that as I am not making too much money from the website.
I'm really new to internet marketing. I've googled and I've seen that article marketing is pretty good. I've found some company from India I believe(eWebZeal Website Design Company | Web Development & Internet Marketing Agency | eWebZeal) who is willing to write 10 articles and submit it to the top 60 article directories for 100$, is that a good deal? Should I spend $100 that way ?
Can you tell me what should I do? Like free marketing solutions or on what should I spend my money ? I've tried Google ads with a free $100 voucher, but I got very high CPC on the make money keyword.

Thanks

If you can swing it (it'll definitely cost more than $100 to get started), Pay Per View (PPV) advertising is going to be a lot more cost effective than Google Adwords in terms of ultimate CPC.

LeadImpact has a minimum $200 deposit, any good ppv networks?

Personally I prefer Traffic Vance, and if you can handle the $1000 minimum deposit (already significantly reduced from before), then that'd definitely be the network to go with.

I still can't handle the $200 minimum deposit. I need cheap ways of getting traffic.

I want to start spending some money on PPV with DirectCPV. What I didn't understand is how do they drive the traffic to you?
