Do you go the extra mile for affiliates?

Here's what I do for affiliates and I'm looking for not just constructive criticisms but also to what degree you help your own affiliates.

Autoresponder with tips/tricks and occasionally time sensitive niche information.

Keyword List of 1800+ keywords which can be used for titles, article creation or other SEO endeavors.

Youtube strategy guide.

Pre-Created Emails for list blasting or blog articles.

Free Ebooks, Interviews and other content creation assistance I can provide as a known celebrity for this niche.

One on One Assistance for all aspects of marketing the product.

Blogging strategy and traffic generation tips.

Article Marketing strategy and tips.

Forum Marketing (signature) strategy and tips.

Ok so that's what I try to provide for my affiliates, what do you do, should I add to or take off from my list? What are your thoughts?

In terms of numbers, I have gone from a gravity of 10 to 35 in around a month thanks to this strategy. There's a second side to this coin which is off topic for this thread and that's listening to your affiliates in order to improve your sales page or funnel. Let's save that for another discussion.

I would expect my affiliates, the ones who are going to make significant sales, to already be experts at all that stuff. Providing all that help looks good on an affiliate sales page but I think it would attract newbie affiliates that won't make many sales.

That said, I would be more then open to providing any help affiliates might want.

As far as I can see from the list of extras, the only variable cost to the product owner would be the one on one consultation. Otherwise, these items are all fixed cost. That means that your per unit costs of producing the marketing materials go down, the more affiliates you have promoting your product. That is a great position to be in.

You create them once, and except for tweaking them, you are done and they are available to your affiliates for as long as you run the product.

This sounds like a really smart way to help any affiliates that want the help to get themselves up and running. It is nice to have a group of super affiliates selling your product, but whenever anyone sells it, I get paid. That sounds like a really good idea to me.

I try to give them all of that, and have an open webinar once a week to really be personal and help everybody - it is so appreciated that your customers and affiliates stick to you even if they are having problems. They know that we do our best to help them.

I used to think that I had to always go for the big fish, the big super expert affiliates who wouldn't need any help whatsoever in promoting my product. What I'm starting to see is that if I can master helping a nobody become an affiliate then their numbers increase my gravity and attract the attention of those super affiliates. They end up coming to me as many have already.

The systems I've developed will help newbies potentially make a handful of sales even if they are terrible at it, and that will in turn increase my overall gravity on clickbank.

      That's the goal anyway.

Yes, I would choose to go the extra miles for affiliates.

    Experts or not.

The thing is, when you are an affiliate, you usually need
an extra push, even for someone who is generally hard
    working.
