How much is your site worth?

I must be typing the wrong things into the search field because I'm sure this topic has been talked about here but I'm not finding it.
In any case, what are basic formulas to use to determine the value of a website?
I know there are lots of factors so I'm not looking for deep info, I'm looking for something simple like "It's typically an x factor of monthly/annual profits, etc."
Any ideas?
