    Harro,

    You have found a great way to at least get ranked high in Google. For any new popular product, an exact keyword search will often come up high in the rankings. Make sure that you get some good backlinks to it and you will make some easy cash.

    regards,

    Brian

        You really need to check out the legalities. If the product owner wants, he can shut down your site.

    Having a good domain name, i.e. with many searches, is a good part of SEO but not the only factor in getting a high ranking.

    Do you have unique content and an offline SEO (backlinking) plan?

    Since you are already high in the Goggle rankings,you should start seeing some good traffic.

    Thanks for the replies

    BUT I am talking about legal terms in this thread, that product is part of some online weight loss company, and i have just added "reviews" at the end of that domain, i don't think anything is wrong in that as long as i am not using company name, i am just using one of there products name.

    Any opinions?

    @sylvia

    i know that's why i am bit worried, so do you think product name can also cause this problem, i am not using any company name in the domain.

    You don't need "opinions," you need certainty. Ask a lawyer. Be suspect of any opinions you get here. It's too important to risk a bunch of laymen throwing around their non-legal opinions. Like me. I'm no lawyer, but I *THINK* you run the risk of a problem is you used a trademarked name in your domain name. But I don't *KNOW* that to be true. Only a legal expert on these matters can say with authority.
