Aweber- Pausing a series of emails ?, to send out broadcastes, so they DONT interfere?

If sending 25 emails in an email series to subscribers, {600 subscriebrs on the list}

some subscribers are on email 7
some on email 8
some on 9
some on 14
some on 21

(as the subscribers opted in at different dates, so some would be receiving emails ahead of others)

is there anyway to Pause this email series, so that the 600 subscribers DONT Get any of the emails, or DONT get the next emails....... in order to send out some broadcastes?

when i mean broadcastes, i mean many, in an order, so i DONT WANT my other emails from the email series interfering with these Broadcaste emails.

so is there anyway to PAUSE/ stop the email series...... and then Unpause/recontinue it?

    I think the only way you could do what you are saying would be to go and change the delay between each follow up email to the maximum of 999 days - set this between each followup email. That way people will not receive their next follow up email for another 999 days. Once you have sent out all the broadcast messages you can go back in and reset the delay between each follow up message to what it currently is now and the follow up message will go back to sending as normal.

      Cheers.

      so i would have to change the Time to 999 of all 25 emails right?

      Don't you think this feature of what I require would be handly, in a click of a button?

        You don't have to change the delay to 999 days, just to however long you want the followups to stop for. So if you are going to be sending out broadcasts over the next 2 weeks then to be safe I would change the delay to something like 21 days (3 weeks).

        And yes, you would need to change the delay for every email. You said there are people at all different stages of your followup series. So what you are trying to do is delay them getting the next message in the series. So you would need to change the delay for all messages. Then simply change them back when you are done.

        I don't think there would be a huge demand for this feature. I personally only use followups for the first couple of weeks, I then use broadcasts for every email after that to ensure my content is always fresh and unique. When I go to send broadcasts I just create a segment of everyone who has NOT joined my list within the last two weeks and I only send the broadcasts out to them. That way I am not interfering with those still receiving followups.

          How many emails are included in your series, as a maximum? (in your biggest series)

    I have been using AWEBER for a little while now and I am not sure if this is possible! I suggest that you go to the website and contact AWEBER technical support. They are very good in being supportive and getting your questions answered and they would know first hand and can tell you what you need to do.
