If you use Get Response check it

If you use Get Response check to make sure it is working properly. I spent an hour with them yesterday after the followups suddenly weren't going out in one of my campaigns. Tech support was supposed to let me know when they fixed the problem. They fixed it but did not let me know.

Now today, thanks to a friend, I found out that in another one of my campaigns the optin gave an error message instead of the thank you page (it had been working fine before). I re-entered the HTML and did two tests with separate emails that I have and the thank you page comes up now but it doesn't add the contact or send out the confirmation page and everything is entered properly. Support only works until 8pm eastern time so I have to wait...

Is is just me? Nothing works right and it all costs money. I am going to switch to Aweber and get my money back from Get Response. Get Response may be cheaper but I guess you get what you pay for.

I've never used Get Response. I've been using Aweber for years and haven't had any troubles with them yet. I think you'll be happy should you decide to switch... not sure how big of a headache transferring your list will be though.
