How much should i ask for 125000 words of original content?

I have some 125k words of original content. I picked one electronic device and started reviewing different models of it. In this, i reviewed almost all of the models available in world. Now i want to make use of this content. So, whats the best way to get $$$ from this content?
1)creating a review site out of it.
I dont know how much traffic it will generate. It can be either hit or miss. If any website flipper is here and he got some ideas. I can do JV with him . PM me.
2) Just sell it to one buyer.
I can launch a wso and just sell it to one particular marketer. What price should i ask?
3) Sell it as PLR to 10 people.
How much price should i ask?

All articles are copyscape checked. All articles are 50% to 70% unique.
English is medium quality. Not so good , not so bad. I will say, if you ever hired someone from freelance sites and paid $3 per article, then you know the quality about this 125k words content.
My priority is to make quick buck out of it. I have some other projects going on. I dont have time to create website out of it or wait for 2 to 3 months. Infact, these articles are sitting over my harddrive for past 2 months. I just want to get rid of them.
So, just help me out warriors, what should i do with them?
