Stole My Site! What to do?

Guys I have taken this post down because I got all the help I needed!

    This guy is one of your affiliates it looks like.

    His Youtube video recommends the viewer to buy your product, and he sends them to his domain, which in essence Iframes your entire site, but ensures that his affiliate link is dropped into the page.

    That is the intent.

    If you look at the source code on his site, it is an Iframe setup, that ensures that his cookie is dropped when people are reading your copy.

    He doesn't seem to believe he can improve on what you did, so he is mirroring what you have done.

    That is the thing, the product he is promoting on his video is not mine. And I did not even see an affiliate link on his site. If I could see his affiliate link I would have contacted him or shut him down.

    I found his email from whois and asked him to pull the site down but still have not heard from him.

    When you look at the source code on his site, he is using the 1shoppingcart program, affiliate id #1292938.

    The video may be a product he was promoting before yours, or one that he intends to promote.
