How many posts per day per niche when you are starting out?

I am ready to start adding content to my websites, all of which are running wordpress. Do I make just one post per day per niche and social bookmark it, or do I make 2-3 posts per day and bookmark each of them?
Basically, how many posts do I make per week per niche?

Plus, what happens when you run out of your keywords? Do you just make similar posts or go after the more competitive keywords?

    Hi...

    I tend to start off my websites/blogs hard (2-3 posts) for about a week. Then I'll go to one new post per day.

    Then I'll go to one new post every 2-3 days. Then one post a week.

    Wordpress also has a plug in that can allow you to publish your posts on a schedule.
