I joined WF first off because I wanted to look for some extra income sources in the hire me section.

Since you have to post 50 times to PM I explored the forum and slowly started interacting, learning and contributing to the forum.

I learnt alot and began to make my own income and build a business for myself rather than working for other people.

Warrior forum is great I have learnt so much here and it has enabled me to bring in a full time income find my key niche, and have fun and connect.

Why did you join?

I was in a "MLM That Must Not Be Named" and looking for a place to interact and learn how to navigate the IM scene. Needless to say I ditched the MLM and focused 18 months on learning every aspect of Internet Marketing. This year is my focus year where I'm starting to make some good money and form symbiotic relationships with others. I love it here!

I used to do grapics, web design, copy, project management and even support for the IM department of a marketing company.

After learning lots of useful stuff and doing a lot of the hard work for hourly pay while others were getting rich, I decided that I knew enough to start working for myself!

Even though I only signed up my own personal account recently, I have been on the Warrior Forum for years and it has always been a wonderful resource.

I love it here and I'm grateful to everyone on here who supports the warrior community rather than exploiting it for a quick buck.

Cheers to everyone on here who has freely given advice and offered helping hands to those in need.

I needed help to navigate the IM jungle. So much to learn....so little time...

Plus, it's nice to have people to talk to who are going through some of the same issues.

I am only a newbie here, and when I first joined up I was hoping to increase my client base but I have learned so much just in the past week or so about IM that I am seriously thinking about ways to earn a residual income and this site is awesome in the amount of free information that is available to newbies like me.

One other little point - I didn't think I had anything to contribute to a forum like this because I write and don't know a lot about technical issues but it seems the things I have been writing about in IM in particular has meant that I can contribute and help other people too - which is a huge added bonus - I love it

I joined because I was told to.

    Seriously.

I had made generic website years ago, but just did it as a hobby. After a while I wanted people to see it, so I started looking for "free traffic". That led to traffic exchanges.

It was on one of those exchanges, not sure which, I saw a website for this thing called "PIPS". It sounded good so I joined. As part of the process, we were supposed to sign up for Host4Profit hosting, and that included membership at the Warrior Forum.

That may be a boring story, but that's why I joined.

    All the best,
    Michael

I joined a few years ago at the recommendation of a friend. I was writing for other IM'ers, but was also a little disillusioned by all of the *magic bullet* "you-too-can-be-rich, you-can't-afford-NOT-to-to-buy-this" courses for "just four easy monthly payments of $697." I confess that at that time, I didn't look closely enough at the Warrior Forum, and put it on the shelf for awhile.

Recently, I've become acquainted with Tiffany Dow's blog and have come to really admire and respect her, as well as her opinions. She is the one who pointed me back in this direction, so here I am, as if I'd just joined last week. I'm so glad I came back.

I was told this is where a lot of the babes hang out.

Imagine my disappointment when I finally got here!! (Just kiddin').

I joined because it seemed like a better, cheaper, more reliable and less risky way of learning about internet marketing than buying into a lot of the hyped-up, dubious-looking claims/systems presented on the sales-pages of some of the "internet marketing" / "make money online" products doing the rounds at that time.

I'm glad I did actually. I've probably spent less than about $500 on my internet internet marketing education, I think, and whilst that may not be an achievement in its own right, I'm thankful that I never bought into a lot of the aforementioned hype, as so many others unfortunately do who end up chasing their own tails and getting nowhere fast.

I thought it was a wife-swapping forum. No kidding. Especially when they started taking about "squeezes" and "the back end" and "one time offers". It all sounded very kinky and exciting.

I've read about it somewhere... came and watched for a while, then asked for opinions about a squeeze page. Oh, boy!

It was brutal to realize they were right and the page suxed but I figured I may stay to learn. So I stayed -- according to the woman I got addicted to it.

I had purchased an ebook about making money through ads in your website after managing to make it appear at Google’s first page for its main keywords, and the author kept mentioning the Warrior forum.

I didn’t like it in the beginning even tough I had signed up. Only later I understood the value of the wonderful Warrior forum. It happened because I found a post from this forum through Google, giving a smart solution to a certain problem. I thought that this was nice, and I started paying more attention to the Warrior forum.

However, I only became a regular visitor last year, when I decided to care more about internet marketing than before. I have an online business but I was not involved in internet marketing like now.

years ago I was told theWF it was amongst the best in network marketing forums. It was explained that WF had a good give and take system of sharing information, knowledge, opportunities, and ideas. The person telling me this caused a bit of a problem as he had a great multi income opportunity with tons of information on how to market effectively at the time. This caused a avalanche in a lot of newbies with the itch to spam and run.I attribute it to too much info at once, plus the system used the hype of quick and huge earnings, so patience wasn't the mind set of many who were led here.

I must be honest here... I first joined because some 'so called guru' told in a webinar to join the WF and promote our signature, so I did.

Then I realize the true value of the forum and started to get involved and now I'm a WarriorForum-holic like many of my fellow warriors here. I've learn so much here than in many of those $5k seminars.

I joined Warrior Forum just to see what forums were all about and WF was recommended to me.

I didn't think that I would really get into it but I try to stay active in the community and make some new friends, colleagues, and help others on here. Not to mention finding help for me and my business through the posts and threads.

    Thanks!!
