NextMark Buying Email Lists...

Is this company good to buy/rent targeted lists from? Id rather have a targeted buyers list than just an opt in list..(get my freebie then unsubscribe) the other thing is if they are good to rent/buy lists from how do I nuture this list? I just don't want to blast e-mails out. to get sales..I don't like spam so I won't do it this way.. just want to know if this company is solid in what they offer..

    NextMark is the big central directory I see a lot of direct marketing pros reference.
    While they do offer some phone and email data, it's primarily for postal mailing addresses. Can Spam regulations that prevent you from blasting emails to someone else's list don't effect postcard mailings, some find postcards to have a lower conversion cost than PPC in competetive fields.

      Although I do buy large quantities of leads myself, I have not used NextMark. In general, however, even if the email is provided, it is best to mail out a post card with either a link to your offer or a strong incentivized call to action to optin to your autoresponder sequence. These type of leads generally are buyers and ROI tends to be much quicker than any online methods.
