price for virtual admin work

Hi,

I'm thinking to hire virtual admin to add my site url to directories and to register me to various forums. Since I don't want to pay by the hour, what should be the price for each directory and for each forum registration?

Thanks a lot,
Sam

If you are looking to hire someone cheaply, the best place to go is fiverr, you will find someone there to do whatever you like.

I suspect that you may need to go do the legwork yourself....!

        • To determine the best way to structure your job, you could go to oDesk.com and do a search for job postings that are similar to yours. Take a look at how the other job postings are structured. Are any of them fixed rate jobs, or are they all per hour?

You can set it up so that you pay a fixed rate for a total number of directory submissions and forum registration. (i.e. will pay $10.00 for every 100 submissions). Another way to structure this is to say that this particular job pays $10 and you will be required to do "such and such". If you work quickly and accurately, there will be the opportunity for ongoing work. I truly don't know how much to pay, that was just an example

If you go with an hourly rate, you can set the maximum hours at oDesk (i.e. if you don't want them to work more than 10 hours a week) and then require them to create a database where they document the URL of each site where they create a directory submission or forum registration.

This way you can quickly confirm that they've done the work, and you can also see how long it takes them to do the work. You wouldn't need to confirm each one after you feel confident with your contractor's work, but it's nice to be able to check up at the beginning

          Hope this helps.
