How can my offshore VA access my Softwares?

Hello,

I have some softwares like The Best Spinner, Article Marketing Robot...etc that I use. I have hired a VA in Phillipines and would like her to use these software.

Is there anyway other than re-purchasing those software, they can access it?

Thanks.

You could use a remote desktop software like teamviewer and set it to only give access to those programs. If you are going to be using VA's regularly you might want to look into getting a windows enabled VPS or dedicated server. Install the programs on the server and give whoever is working for you access to the server.

Excellent. I see that newer programs are more selective with what programs a user can access. Thanks for that advice.

      Thanks for your reply.

I could setup a separate box at my home and give access to VA using TeamViewer.

Do you have any experience with VAs in Phillipines. Will the internet connection there be good enough to access my box?

How much does a Windows VPS cost? Are they better in speed compared to me setting up a dedicated box at my home?

The internet in Phillipines is good enough , but it also depends on Your VA's Connection.

MY VPS costs about $49 a month and the speed depends on the specifications and Service Provider , a home setup depends on what kind of box you set up you setup A Dedicated computer with a very strong processor that would be just fine as well.

One solution would be to use remote desktop software
I did this a few years back when I had multiple offices.
The one I used was clunky, but they're probably better now.
The main problem I see is that it may give access to your whole computer!

So, unless you're cool with that or someone else has a better suggestion, maybe it's better to pony up for additional copies of the software for your VA.
