Would like to get some Honest Feedback on $ programs out there!

I hope some of you Internet Mkt. will help me out, there seem to be a lots of Programs out there, which promise you the world ; like make 150.000.00
without a website, no PPC, NO FACE BOOK, NO TWITTER, no media buying, no JV & on & on,just click & paste most of them come thru Clickbank, does,nt clickbank care what they sell !
Here are of few of them i tryed: Affilitex-Autotrafficavalanche-automasstraffic-Pushbuttoncashsite, unable to make a dime with them
or unable to make them work
