Default Problem, when do you stop adding content to a project

Hey gang,

this is a simple question:

When do you say enough content on this section and move to the next?

I've been working on a project and everytime I move on to the next module
I come up with more ideas for the previous section and just have to get it
created but i've been thinking maybe it's something more going on that isn't
really revealing itself yet to me...

Every had this happend to you b4?

What did you do about it...
