Clever Phishing attack

I just got this message in my inbox

Hi seller,

I am the high bidder of your item (my feedback is 359) : hxxp://offer.ebay.c0m/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewBids&item=250769745380 .I have sent the money for the item and I don't receive it !

Now I will leave a negative feedback .I'm sorry & please tell me what I have to do !

Of course no one like negative feedback, but as i hovered my mouse pointer over the link i noticed the Url at the bottom of my email led to another site. It was a phishing link.

I am very careful when it comes to online security so i would have caught on even if i did click the link, but i can see how easy it can be for people to fall for this .

    I used to see these years ago when I was on eBay, but I haven't used them in all that time so no more emails like that one.
