Help needed, i'm starting again!!

Hi there i am Owen , I used to run a lot of websites and enjoyed it but never made a lot of money.
so like so many others i gave up, "HOWEVER" I decided I want another crack at it.
I'm not going into it like I did last time trying to listen to everyone!! this time Iwould like recommendations of who I really can listen to I want to do 2 things

1. design a nice site get some products on it and lots of usful content for a particular niche

2. I need 1 seo expert!! must be recommended i will use his or her products to help me .
i hope some of you can help as i dont want to hunt about to much or i land up with information overload again !!

    Hey Owen,
    Welcome back to the game. It seems that you have a pretty good plan in place as far as your first point goes (setup a site, make good content, etc). So get started with that.

    As for the SEO stuff, visit the Adsense / PPC / SEO Discussion Forum here on the Warrior Forum. You can get a pretty good handle on the SEO side of things by just reading through threads over there.

          Once you get an expert make sure to have a keen interview. I've got two already but not from here and they just had me waste money! I'm also planning of getting one from here.

    Welcome back! Sometimes a break is helpful. You get added perspective about why you didn't reach your goals before, and can attack issues from a new point of view.

    I suggest you get a good road map to reach your goals, but other than that you just need to listen to yourself. You now know what you need to do to succeed.

    I've got a good SEO guy in the UK but not sure if he would fit into your budget...if you have a limited budget you might want to check out either odesk or fiverr...cheers
