How to scrape for SickSubmitter?

Hey there, I have a copy of Sick Submitter and I want to gather my own sites (themed) to submit to.

One hitch, I have no idea how to scrape those.

Can someone explain and perhaps suggest (preferably free) tools to scrape and create these .sic lists?

I would be MOST appreciative

    You should look into getting scrapebox, with discount it's a $57 one-time fee and will allow you to do a LOT more things than just scraping lists for sick.
