Hi, many people have been asking how to convert from MS word (doc or docx) to pdf, while retaining the links. I have tried most of the free pdf converters, they all have one thing in common. They do not retain the bookmarks and the embedded links. There are two free options that can eliminate this problem: - Download and install Open Office. It has a built-in option for exporting as pdf. I didn't like this option because, I created all my documents in MS Word and importing from MS Word to Open Office spoils a lot of formatting - If you already have MS Office, you can download a free add-on from Microsofts website that enables you to export as pdf. Here is the link for downloading: Save-as-PDF Although it is free, I have noticed that not many people know about it |

I have used pdf995. A great product and it is free with a nag screen every time you use it, but the license is pretty decently priced: $9 usd you can produce pdfs of anything you can print out. I hope it helps! |
