Was just reading the news on CNN and it seems Mattel has won a court case against the company that produces the hot selling doll line called "Bratz" and that all Bratz related toys will have to be pulled from shelves after the holidays... Think it's worth picking up some of these toys to put up on ebay? |

Bratz were REALLY popular a few years ago. I'd assume they're still in pretty high demand among a certain age group. I'd say it's a pretty good idea. *heads to Wal-Mart* haha |

One thing to be careful about is Mattel telling eBay that they have to pull Bratz auctions due to copyright/trademark issues. They've done this in other cases like this one so watch it closely.

Who else thinks it's odd that they are being allowed to wait til after Christmas to stop selling them? It's like saying I know you are pirating my ebook, so please stop by the end of the month. |

Well if thats the case, my daughter is sitting on a potential goldmine...she owns every special edition one, every vehicle for them and the list goes on... For those looking to jump on this....If you check the clearance section in walmart you can usually pick up quite a few of them for $10 or less. |

Looks like a trip to Wal-Mart is in order! My husband used to make extra money here and there by selling limited edition toys on eBay that you could no longer find in the stores (particularly GI Joes, which he has a fondness for since collecting them as a child). This seems like it could potentially be a good opportunity, as long as the company that makes Bratz doesn't win the appeal!
