Can UK Guys Use 1ShoppingCart To Gain Affiliates?

Hi Everyone

I was wondering if anyone could help me get my head around something

I am about to release a product produced by myself so looking for affiliates so saw 1shoppingcart.

Can this be used by people in the UK? or do you still need a merchant account just as I would of i was using it to sell products? ( I cant get a merchant account at the moment as I live in the UK)

Product selling I am going to use clickbank but confused how to seperate or blend the processes. Ideally I would like to use 2nd Tier Affiliate Marketing to hense 1shoppingcart

Email marketing wise I am looking to use AWeber for list building

If anyone could put my head straight I would be very very greaful

    I am just trialing them now, we are a UK company, We got a merchant account from paypal, ie paypal pro... slight problem though as we do subscriptions and regards paypal they say

    *Note: Due to the way that the PayPal process works, you will not be able to use your 1ShoppingCart account to process recurring transactions such as memberships, monthly subscriptions, etc.*

    So, awaiting some suggestions on how we tackle that or whether they hook up to any UK merchant accounts..
