Well I know the most likely answer but you wont like it!

Google base their adsense ads on what your computer has searched for in the past.

Here is the million dollar question. Does anyone else use your computer?

No. But I remember seeing some pretty bizarre images on some tattoo site and I think it started shortly after that.

  Then delete all the flash cookies off your computer: Delete Flash Cookies
  
  Most people clear their cache, but don't delete their flash cookies.

You've possibly got some spyware and adware gone crazy on your machine. download something malware bytes free and do a full scan. also, spybot search and destroy is a good one as well.

Followup: I cleared cookies & dumped the cache and I haven't seen one since, back to ads for seo/icontact/engage.

Edit:

Are you getting a lot of gay porn spam? I've noticed that Google will serve not just gmail ads but also Adsense ads on other sites, based on emails I have read.

You know what, kind of; I subscribe to a few usenet groups and there was some porn spam that I probably accidentally opened since I'm used to clicking the mail subject and pressing the delete key on the keyboard (doesn't work with web based clients, you end up reading the mail, which generates a page filled with adsense ads related that content... and is probably exactly why I'm seeing those ads.)
