Youtube and CPA

I enjoy youtube and want to get into youtube cpa.

The thing is, I read if you have too many google accounts, all your accounts get banned. I have a main account where I do my Autism Activism, and another for CPA offers.

Is one youtube account going to be enough for cpa offers? I don't want to make 10 and rick my activism account getting banned.

      Hmm. I would rather do it myself.. does YT usually ban channels with CPA offers? Or ones with too many per IP? Or just spammy looking ones?
