Anyone else noticed eZine Articles is becoming slower and slower?

Just wondering if anyone else has noticed the time it takes to get an article published on eZine Articles. It used to be a week at the most for me, but I have 3 articles sitting there waiting to get to stage one review 15 days after they were submitted.

Has anyone got a paid account and do submission times increase with one?

That seem strange. I usually get mine approved in 1-3 days....

Usually takes 3-7 days (without paying).....probably best to send them an email if it has been 15 days.

        People's experiences vary very greatly.

I submit articles to EZA in the evening, and 99% of them are published when I wake up the following morning (I'm in Europe, so the time difference is probably in my favour in the sense that it's still "daytime" in Amercia when I submit them).

I'm not a "premium" author. Platinum authors who submit regularly get very fast acceptance and publication.

Submissions from people who have had articles rejected before are understandably more carefully examined before publication, which can of course cause some delays.

Maybe some people who feel that EZA is slow/difficult might be interested in balancing out their perspective by looking also at this thread?

Why is "how long they take" so relevant to so many people, anyway?

If you submit 2 articles per day to them, on average, then every month they'll publish 60 of your articles. It's as simple as that.

Who cares whether they take 8 hours, 2 days or 5 days each?! Once you've started off and are submitting regularly, they'll be publishing them regularly, too, won't they, whatever the delay?!

Not for me. I submitted 10 articles from a brand new account two days ago. Today morning, all of them were accepted. They advertise 7 days review period however, it's usually much, much faster for me.

Yes on an average it now takes much longer like say 15-20 days to get articles approved, any ways the hype surrounding Ezine means they can afford to be careless...

Yes. Ironically it started about the time they began offering premium packages. Still I think they are the best of the bunch.
