is "The List Edge" still being offered? Totally Confused!

hey warriors,

(please only respond iof you have an accurate answer, please do not post for the purpose of spamm your link, thank you for understanding)

Why does a clickbank product come out with a "Product Launch"
for two weeks and then cease selling the product?

So please mark these dates down on your calendar now:

Pre-launch starts - Tuesday, February 1, 2011 17:00 EST
Launch Date - Tuesday, February 8, 2011 17:00 EST
Launch Ends - Tuesday, February 15, 2011 At Midnight EST

what value is it to them to only bank one week of profit?

    To my best knowledge, Gabor Olah and Peter Lenkefi did say
    clearly that the product/offer would remain until that date,
    and then wouldn't be available.

    I ran my affiliate promotions for it understanding this plan.

    Yesterday's email to his list had the subject line:

    "(this will be taken off the market tomorrow - don't miss out!!)"

    One of Allen Says' reports gets into depth of the psychology
    behind setting such deadlines and sticking to it... the NEXT time
    people will hurry - because they know you're NOT kidding!

    The report is, I believe, available in the War Room.

    All success

      I agree, i also believe they limit the amount of copies sold this way as to not saturate the market with their technique. If you have everybody doing it, is not really a "secret" anymore.

        mani- but that seems such a short period to "get all your sales"?

        I'm not a war room member, and not really interested in becoming one at this juncture
        with all due respect ....if you know the answer paraphrase here please

        @drmani
        @vicky

        thank you

          is that totally accurate anyone else?
          this is actually what was in their affiliate area;

          I thought launch ends meant something to the effect of
          "the initial sale is over" not "the sale of the product ends?"

          why lose all that potential future income? I can see a "sale price" ending
          but not the product itself?

          it's like the new "escape hybrid" comes out and was just introduced, for "2 weeks" then they shelve the product and never sell the product after that?

          what about all the research and all the time and money involved in creating the product????? it just doesn't make sense

          Does Merck spend millions of dollars on research and putting a product together, and then have it on sale for "2 weeks"? and then suffer the loss of all that time and money...what a horrific loss that would be..........

          What's the real underlying reason anyone?

          (Please don't post to spamm your link, only if you have a real answer please, thank you)
